Sorry that it’s been a while since I last posted. But I have a good excuse.
Frans Riemersma and I have been deep in research on what’s happening in martech for the year ahead — a big part of which has been sorting through much fact vs. fiction with generative AI. What’s the deal with existing martech platforms vs. new, AI-native products popping up like wildflowers? Will AI agents actually impact marketing in 2025? How? What kind of foundational work with data and APIs is required to tap these cosmic powers?
At the center of our research was one of the most comprehensive studies of the real use cases for gen AI in marketing today. What are marketers using? What have they tried? What are they avoiding? How do existing vs. new martech tools fit into the picture? How do gen AI policies — if they’re present — impact usage?
We’re eager to share all of this with you.
On December 3, we will host a free virtual event — Martech for 2025 — where we will walk through all of that in a special, hour-long keynote. We’ll then follow that presentation with a series of candid interviews with executives from our five sponsors — GrowthLoop, Hightouch, Metarouter, Progress, and SAS — to get their perspectives on the changes roiling our industry. No sales pitches. Just interesting answers to hard questions.
Afterwards, we will then release a full Martech for 2025 report, with all that data packaged up for you. It’s clocking in around 100 pages again, so as always, you can expect a meaty, no-fluff write-up from us.
If you go ahead and register for our Martech for 2025 event, you will:
- Be able to watch it live and see the unveiling of our data before anyone else
- Be able to watch it on-demand any time within the subsequent 30 days
- Be the first to get the Martech for 2025 report that will be released during the event
I thought the birth of martech was the most exciting change I would be blessed enough to experience in my career. It dramatically expanded the creative and operational canvas upon which marketers could imagine, invent, and instantiate new ways of engaging and delighting customers.
Honestly — and I think I’m pretty safe on my reputation as not being hype-y — I believe the scale of what AI will empower marketing to innovate over the next few years will dwarf that revolution by an order of magnitude.
Come join Frans and me for a no-BS presentation about the evolution of martech and marketing we expect in 2025 and how to be prepared for what will almost certainly be one hell of a ride.
Register now — we’ll see you then. (Thank you!)
