Who’s coming to MarTech? A very impressive community

Who's Attending MarTech 2015 in San Francisco?

The second MarTech Conference is just a little more than two weeks away, March 31 – April 1 in San Francisco, and I’m starting to feel like a kid on Christmas Eve.

There’s an amazing set of speakers who are coming to share their experiences and expertise. There’s also a fascinating cross-section of marketing technology companies who will be exhibiting (note: that link describes 50, but we actually have over 60 now). I am immensely grateful to all of these folks for their contributions.

One of the great privileges of programming this conference is that every single one of the presentations is one that I’m personally eager to hear, to learn from the practitioners and thought leaders whom I admire. And since I can’t stand fluff — or veiled sales pitches that vendors surreptitiously pay to present — I guarantee that there will be none of that silliness. Instead, you’ll hear from speakers like John Maeda, Jeff Gothelf, David Raab, Ashu Garg, Rishi Dave, Neeraj Agrawal, and Isaac Wyatt. The packed-solid, 2-day MarTech agenda may leave you mentally exhausted with real-world lessons and ideas that you can bring home to your organization. But I promise you that it will be 2 days well invested.

And the exhibit area! There are 62 companies from nearly every category of the marketing technology landscape converging in one location. Over a coffee or a beer, you can explore a wide range of innovative products, see in them in person, ask questions, and make new discoveries.

But by far, the most exciting part of MarTech is the very impressive community of marketing technologists and tech-savvy digital marketing leaders who are attending. Over 800 of the best and brightest professionals at the intersection of marketing and technology will be gathered together, including people from leading brands such as:

AARP, Accenture, Arrow Electronics, Bank of America, Blackboard, Careerbuilder.com, Charles Schwab, Cisco Systems, Clorox, Cloudera, Dell, Deloitte, DigitasLBi, Dun & Bradstreet, Eastman Chemical, Edelman, Edward Jones, Exclusive Resorts, Facebook, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, GE Capital, Genentech, General Mills, Georgia-Pacific, Groupon, Hallmark, Haworth, Home Depot, Honeywell, Intel, Intuit, Investor’s Business Daily, Jiffy Lube, KeyBank, L.L. Bean, Land O’Lakes, LexisNexis, Life Fitness, Lincoln Financial, Macmillan, Marriott, McKesson, National Geographic, National Instruments, Nestle Purina, Newell Rubbermaid, Orange, Oxford University Press, Pandora, Penn Medicine, PerkinElmer, Plymoth Rock, Quest Diagnostics, Questrade, REI, Revana, Rolex, SapientNitro, Schneider Electric, Shutterfly, SiriusXM, Sony, Tableau Software, Target, TD Ameritrade, Tech Data, The Economist, The Motley Fool, USAA, Verizon, Viking Cruises, Vistaprint, Weight Watchers, Xerox, and Yamaha.

And that’s just a sample of who’s coming! This is going to be a spectacular group of people to mingle with, make new connections, meet new friends, and learn from peers who are tackling the same challenges and opportunities that you are.

There’s still tickets available, although they’re going fast — register now if you want to attend.

This will be the only MarTech conference in the US this year, so if you want to connect with this community, this is your chance. We will be doing a second event in the fall, but — drum roll, please — it will be overseas with the launch of MarTech Europe. We’ll be announcing more details on that event soon.

Hope to see you at the end of this month!

  1. Hi Scott. Would really have loved to attend this year, but it is at exactly the same time as the Oracle Modern Marketing Experience (ie. the old Eloqua Experience) in Vegas. Hope next year’s show does not have the same conflict. Best of Luck with the show!
